This 5-Day Program will offer you a structured way to establish routine and ground in a sense of connection, wellbeing, and purpose right from the get go.
Each morning, you'll receive an email that will include a link to the video practice of the day. Each of these practices will include elements of movement, breath, ritual, and meditation.
The cost of this program is included for members. Non-members can easily purchase single programs. See the program schedule below.
*Note that you'll have access to these practice links for a full 15 days. This allows you to go at your own pace. You have the option to complete these practices in five days, or do them every other day or even every other OTHER day.
